REENA KAMINS, Director of College, Career & Life, is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional. Her passion is working with people to
help them discover their passions. Whether she’s helping a high school student get into his ideal college, working with a new mom to make the transition back
to work, or strategizing with a salesman looking for a new product to promote, she is doing it with a determination and focus that is unmatched. By
encouraging her clients to acknowledge their strengths and passions and helping them to discover the wealth of opportunities available to them, she is
successful in enabling them to attain their goals.

Reena holds a degree in anthropology from Brandeis University. She also completed course work in Higher Education Administration
at Boston University and holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and Guidance from New York University.

She has spent more than a decade working in the admission offices of top tier private universities and graduate schools as well as
nationally-ranked public institutions and independent schools, typically in the role of Director of Admissions. She is fluent in financial aid and, having
taught a course on the psycho-social adjustment to college, is an expert at minimizing stress.  Reena has experience traveling both domestically and internationally with student groups of 5 to 100. She has also made time to work with community agencies, providing counseling services as well as college guidance. Reena gives presentations locally to parents and students on the inner workings of the college admissions process, educating the community about the complicated selection methodology. During her seminars, she focuses on topics ranging from writing effective essays and preparing for interviews to identifying the best faculty to write recommendations and navigating the early decision/early action maze.

To better serve her clients, Reena is a member of multiple professional organizations including the National Association for College
Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA). She also has served as a member of the Program Review Committee for the
Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation and makes a point to visit at least 5 new campuses each year.

To stay abreast of current trends in corporate America and to complement her experience writing resumes and interviewing thousands of
individuals, Reena participates in professional development seminars and networking events each month.

In addition to successfully managing her business for the last nine years, Reena has also been invited to work as a consultant for four
other companies. She is based in Hunterdon County, New Jersey but serves families and individuals around the world. Technology allows Reena to work with
families in 12 states from Kansas to North Carolina and four countries from Lebanon to Mexico. Where ever you are and whatever the transition you are
